For their seminar, our client ENEDIS had the objective of getting the internalcommunications team to work hard to restore motivation and inspiration.
On the first day, we brought in a communications manager to inspire the staff. To unite the team, we organized a food tour and karaoke for the evening. On the second day, the team prototyped a new communication tool for distribution within Enedis, thanks to a Design Thinking workshop.

Nordic Pharma France entrusted us with the organization of its back-to-school seminar in Biarritz, bringing together all employees of the French subsidiary (head office and field).
We created a board game to lead a Design Thinking workshop based on the company's internal issues. We also trained employees in public speaking, and organized an inspiring talk by Bénédicte Tilloy (former HR director and manager at SNCF, now an entrepreneur), which provided an opportunity to work together and share internal issues and problems with the CODIR.

The internal communications department of the Barrière group wanted to change the format of its annual seminar to offer a mix ofinspiration and reflection blocks.
We devised a 2-day program and also took care of all the logistics.
The first day was devoted toinspiration and the presentation of internal strategy. On the second day, all participants worked in sub-groups on HR issues. We concluded the seminar with a team-building activity.
